Pumpkin Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies



With Halloween this week, I thought that I would share a festive Fall recipe. I am always looking for new recipes to try - you may be able to tell if you follow me on Pinterest. However, I decided to take a few of the different recipes I found and create my own sweet treat. The best part, it is quick and easy! These cookies are so gooey and yummy that I think they will need to become an annual tradition. You can find the full recipe below. xx

Ingredients:
1 stick of softened butter
1 egg
1 bag of Betty Crockers chocolate chip cookie mix (or your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe)
1/2 cup of quick oats
1/2 a can of pure pumpkin

Directions:
Set the oven to 375 degrees. Add the cookie mix, butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the pumpkin and oats until fully combined. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 14 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!
